Il RAP-B-238-BU è costituito da una sfera di gomma da 1″ (pari a 2,54cm) di diametro collegata ad angolo retto a una base di diamante da 2,43″ x 1,31″ (pari a 2,54cm). La base ha due fori da 1,912″ (pari a 5,08cm) da centro a centro, che corrispondono diagonalmente allo schema di fori AMPS a 4 fori standard del settore.
