PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE WITH ONE BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY. If you make your purchase before 12 noon, the product will be shipped the same day by express courier and delivered the next day or in two business days (depends on the courier chosen). In the case that products are not available, the delivery time is 4-5 weeks (regardless of the number of products ordered). WHICH COURIERS CAN I CHOOSE AND AT WHAT PRICE?Shipping is done according to the customer’s choice at the time the order is placed with GLS (delivery in one business day at 5 Euro) or with Bartolini (delivery in two days at 4 Euro). The shipping cost is fixed and is independent of the number of items that will be shipped.

HAVE YOU PURCHASED FROM US AND WANT TO KNOW THE SHIPPING NUMBER?In your private area, you can look up the tracking number and check the status of the delivery.

CAN YOU INSURE THE PACKAGE?He can choose to insure the parcel (up to 1032 euros), at an additional charge of 3 euros.

IF THE PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?The products are made of metal (aluminum) or hard plastic (only the cradles are made of composite), so even if the package arrives damaged, the product is unlikely to be damaged. In case of visibly damaged parcels, the customer can accept the shipment with reservation and contact our company.

RETURNS:In case of returned products, the items must be received in the same condition as received and completely intact, provided with the original packaging and accompanied by ddt containing number and type of products returned and reason for return. In such a case a credit note or replacement will be made. Shipping costs related to return to sender are the responsibility of the customer except in cases that will be evaluated individually after analysis of the problem.
