R.M.A. procedure for handling and replacement of defective or non-conforming goods

Before returning using the form below, please consult the following page in order to follow the correct procedure.

Choose the type of return to be made:

  • R.M.A. – Replacement of defective goods
  • R.M.C. – Replacement of goods that do not conform to the order

PROCEDURE:

  1. Send e-mail to the relevant salesperson at info@mountitalia.it  indicating the type of problem for which you are requesting a return: 
    – R.M.A.  Replacement of defective goods;
    – R.M.C. – Replacement of goods not in accordance with the order and invoice number 

  2. The warranty is valid for defects claimed within 24 months from the date of the purchase invoice.

  3. Goods must arrive in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and screws for assembly.

  4. The material must arrive at our RMA department within ten (10) working days, from the date of issuance of the R.M.A. number, with packaging that provides suitable protection for transportation.

  5. Goods must be sent CARRIAGE FREE (traceable shipping).

  6. Damage caused by inadequate packaging will void the warranty of the damaged product.

  7. The Customer must indicate the return R.M.A. number on the packages and on the transport document (D.D.T.) of the goods (reason: c.to repair/replace under warranty).

  8. The warranty shall be void if its technical service finds misuse or tampering with the product.
