Il RAM-B-138-GA40 è costituito da un braccio a doppia bussola, base rotonda da 2,5″ (pari a 6,35cm) di diametro con schema di fori AMPS universale, base adattatore romboidale e culla composita ad alta resistenza personalizzata per la serie Garmin GPSMAP 78. All’interno del supporto è presente un sistema brevettato di sfere e prese in gomma da 1″ (pari a 2,54cm) di diametro con punti di regolazione alla base e alla culla. Ruotando la manopola del braccio, è possibile spostare la montatura GPSMAP a superficie piana nella posizione di visualizzazione ottimale.
