Il RAM-D-111-KNOB9HU è costituito da una base rotonda da 3,68″ (pari a 20,32cm) (pari a 9,35cm) di diametro, un doppio braccio a bussola di lunghezza STANDARD e una piastra rettangolare da 11″ (pari a 2,54cm) x 3″. La base rotonda contiene fori preforati, inclusi due fori a 180 gradi e tre fori a 120 gradi. La piastra rettangolare contiene diverse combinazioni di fori preforati che si abbinano a molti dispositivi elettronici e supporti, tra cui GPS marini, radio CB, radio amatoriali, staffe cardaniche e altro ancora. Incluso con questo supporto è la chiave RAM Hi-Torq; progettato per essere utilizzato con la manopola che si trova sui bracci sferici e sui supporti di dimensioni “D”. La chiave si adatta alla forma della manopola e consente di dare al braccio una presa extra salda. Questa chiave è stata originariamente realizzata per i militari quando si utilizzavano i supporti RAM quando faceva freddo e la manopola non poteva essere serrata a mano.
The RAM-D-111-KNOB9HU consists of a 3.68″ diameter round base, STANDARD length double socket arm and 11″ x 3″ rectangular plate. The round base contains pre-drilled holes, including two holes at 180 degrees and three holes at 120 degrees. The rectangle plate contains different combinations of pre-drilled holes which will match up to many electronic devices and mounts, including Marine GPS, CB Radios, Ham Radios, Gimbal Brackets and more. Included con this mount is the RAM Hi-Torq Wrench; designed to be used con the knob found on “D” size ball arms and mounts. The wrench matches the shape of the knob and lets you give the arm an extra tight grip. This wrench was originally made for the military when using the RAM mounts in cold weather, and the knob could not be tightened by hand.
