Il RAM-B-166-GA47 è costituito da un braccio a doppia bussola, una base a ventosa twist lock da 3,3″ (pari a 8,38cm), una base adattatore romboidale e una culla composita ad alta resistenza personalizzata per la serie Garmin Rino 600. La ventosa, la base twist lock è progettata per avere una forte presa su superfici in vetro e plastica non porosa, compresi i dischi adesivi.
