Il RAM-119 è costituito dal portacanna da pesca RAM-TUBE e da una base rotonda da 2,5″ (pari a 6,35cm) di diametro che contiene disposizione fori con standard universale AMPS. Grazie alla sfera in gomma RAM brevettata, alla presa e alla funzione di cricchetto, è possibile ruotare il portacanna di 360 gradi, inclinando la culla in avanti e indietro per ottenere l’angolazione ottimale.
